A professional baker, Christine operated L’Ami des Gourmets bakery, catering to the needs of most of Ottawa’s high-end venues (NAC, Conference Centre, National Gallery) with baked goods and subsequently L’Ami des Gourmets delicatessen, bakery and catering service in the Byward market for several years.
